Sent the wrong-sized boots
Sent the wrong-sized boots. My daughter wore them for one training - got horrible blisters before we realised they were the wrong size. We contacted them and they admitted their mistake, but only offered us a 15% discount on the next purchase! Why would I buy anything else from this company? Avoid.
