Not one bit impressed
Not one bit impressed. I had to send an e mail on 2 different occasions asking for my match ticket and hotel info. When I reviewed the hotel on line I noticed it was extremely below basic standard especially as I was traveling with my young son. I sent a mail asking to change my hotel and I am still waiting on a response. Totally and utterly disgusted in the service I would like a response please
