I recently contracted an icky head…
I recently contracted an icky head cold. So, along with hot herbal tea during the day, I've also been taking a cup of Activate, Daily Jumpstart, with Lemon, Ginger, Cayenne and Lucuma in a cup of hot water twice a day, one in the moring, one in the evening. I really believe it's helping me get rid of the 'gunk' clogging up my sinuses. I'm glad I ordered it. Also, it's pretty good tasting, altho I do need to mix it with a spoon several times as I drink it.
