By far the worst experience I've ever had with a company
My computer crashed. I contacted synergy internet as they had an add in Craigslist stating they fix computers. I described the problem to Calvin Williams and he said it should be no problem for his company to fix it. He requested payment in advance of which I obliged. He came over the next day to pick up my laptop. I let him know how important the information on the computer is to me and that I needed back ASAP. He said not to worry it would be ready in 2-3 days. 3 days later I called for an update only to be told they needed a few more days. This went on for 2 weeks before being told that they needed to replace the hard drive as well. Being desperate to get my computer back I sent them more money for a new hard drive. Once again I called twice a week only to be told they're working on it and that they want to make sure it is done carefully and accurately. This went on for a few more weeks with the same response until they finally told me it was fixed and I will be refunded fully for having to wait so long and that it will be shipped out in 2 days. It wasn't shipped and at this point my patience had run out. I called everyday until they finally shipped it to me. After 6 weeks of stress I received my laptop back and it was in the same exact state as when they picked it up. They never even attempted to fix it! A different company was able to fix my computer in less than 24 hours. It's been a month since I was promised a refund but I never received it. I'd bet the review below on Jan 25, 2022 is Calvin Williams himself.
