TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!!!!!
I got on line and was making a plane reservation with Allegiant airlines. PERIOD !!!!! I NEVER HEARD OF ESKY AND DIDN'T EVEN KNOW WHO YOU WERE. What's sad and NOT right, I'm told your company has a sophisticated software system that is able to track people like me who THINK THEY ARE BOOKING WITH A PARTICULAR AIRLINE BUT COME TO FIND OUT, ESKY (TOTALLY AGAINST MY PERMISSION) SAYING I BOOKED WITH THEM. THIS IS A LIE AND NEVER HAPPENED ON MY END. As a company, you have got to know that I'm not the only one this has happened too. I am deeply upset that you manipulated me and put me in such an awful position causing days of aggravation. I cancelled with your company and this time rebooked with allegiant, ON THE PHONE. BTW: ALLEGIANT AIRLINE NEVER HEARD OF ESKY !!! I was scammed. NOW YOU WILL NOT REFUND ME ANY OF MY MONEY !!!! WHY WOULD I EVER BOOK ON A WEBSITE THAT I NEVER HEARD OF AND EVEN WORSE, IN SOME FOREIGN COUNTRY THAT GAVE ME NO WAY OF COMMUNICATION (unless I wanted to run up a phone bill to Poland, or wherever you are located.) I live in Texas, USA. All this defies logic on my part. My bank, CHASE, has already made a decision in your favor and dropped the dispute. After receiving copies of all the pages you send them, I can see why. Some pages show that I CHECKED OFF boxes, agreeing to your policies...... I NEVER CHECKED OFF ANYTHING. I plan to continue writing reviews to let people know what you did to me. Seems like your reviews are the ONLY way I can communicate with your company. I will continue until I receive some compensation for what you did. Your company should be reported and I Will continue my reviews. I don't want this to happen to anyone else. Customers need to know !!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!! THEY WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY !!!!
