False advertising
When I made the booking, it wasn't clear that I had to pay a fee to get the discounted rate. Be careful guys. If you make a booking at a discounted rate, they will sign you into a subscription and charge you a fee so technically you are not getting a discount because they are getting their money back by charging you a fee. They told me they have a rate for 'members' and 'non members'. When I made booking I chose the offer that was the cheapest thinking it was a special deal. Now they not refunding me because they say I selected the 'members' rate. But if I selected members rate and I am not at member then it should not be allowing me to select this rate. On one side they say this rate only applies to members but then on other side they allowing non members to choose the members rate and then charging them a fee. This is false advertising and tricking customers. Also their customer service agent Alana Lees was also very rude. As well as not being helpful, she cut off the chat in the middle of me still talking.
