Two issues...1st...LATE COMPLAINT...at 555 Celebrate I ordered sandwhiches on Saturday 15 October 2022 to be picked up on Wednesday morning 19 October 22. Their requirement is 3 days in advance...I gave them 4 days. I advised the manager that the deli lost my order, and I started heading to work in Woodbridge. The sandwiches were for my employees at work. It wasn't until I was almost in Woodbridge I received a call from Giant that they have my order. A little late! My response was ... no thank you I'm already at work. Out me in a big bind. The 2nd issue is that I went into the same store to cash a $50 bill. Yes I bought something. I tried to start a lite conversation and he just did not want to talk back. Except... to tell me to have a good day! Very cold! So, what I have experience twice is that bad attitude equates to bad performances. Case and point...when I ordered the sandwhiches I had to interupt the two deli empliyees that werr having a long conversation. Then, dhe did not appear to help me, but she did. Both incidents made me feel like I am a bother at Giant.
