Apparently if you dont use a code within 7 days you can't claim for a non working code. Took they 3 months of messages to tell me that....worst customer service on the planet. Warranty is false, 24/7 cs is a lie you get a automated reply then wait at least a day for a stalling reply . Clearly using false customer service names. Shocking AVOID
