Terrible customer service.

Terrible customer service. Contracts that aren't dated but use dates to secure discounts - how can customers know the terms of the contract if they aren't included in the contract. Pods equipment burst a hydraulic line on my brand new, less than 2 hour old concrete and ruined it. They offerd zero help in cleaning the oil, zero environmental responsibility for dealing with the spilt oil, and zero responsibility in repairing the concrete. Pods is a terrible company. My case is still open and unresolved after over a month.
