Customer service has gone massively downhill
Not sure what has happened with Heart Internet but after using them for over 10 years without issue, the service is now atrocious. I can't log into my account any longer with my usual login details and have tried the resetting my password at least 20 times but no email ever comes. Can't speak to anyone or raise a ticket as I can't login so had to use the woeful chat service where I was told that my email must be filtering the messages. I'm 100% certain it's not as my invoice arrives every month without issue from the same email address that forgotten password requests come from so this is clearly not an issue on my side. Instead of Heart Internet fixing their forgotten password system or manually sending me a password reset link, I'm supposed to 'recover' my account by uploading a ton of personal documents which is completely unacceptable.
