Not dealing with them again !!
Enquired about tickets for my travel over Christmas break, was offered tickets on Singapore airlines as part of a special price. Made payment for the tickets. Was told that the tickets will be issued shortly. What unravelled over the next two days is an absolute hyperbole of sorts. At one point, I was told that the tickets were already sent and when I told that I haven't received them, they retracted it all and said that the airline is still processing them. Made a fake excuse that the airline is having a technical glitch in issuing the tickets. Two days later, they claim that the airline is no longer issuing the tickets at the price which they offered. Throughout this period, they left me lurking in the dark figuring out what was exactly happening. I am now back to the search again, with two days of time wasted on them. Aweful experience dealing with them.
