The returns process through UPS is…
The returns process through UPS is horrific. Returned the items as per instructions as they were too small. 2 weeks later the items are returned to me due to incomplete paperwork apparently. I called Edwin and they confirmed what I did and was correct. Edwin sent me another shipping label for UPS. 4 weeks later I have 3 pairs of jeans sitting in a warehouse in Germany awaiting customs clearance. I have no idea if or when I will receive a refund. Edwin need to make it known that items are shipped and returned to Germany.
