Scammy subscription impossible to cancel
Ordered a starter pack with the milk frother. Taste wasn’t bad but didn’t realise the product was majority cacao so cancelled subscription. Got notification in March that my order was on the way and was charged. Emailed saying I cancelled my subscription and asked them to cancel my account immediately. They said I could refuse delivery but can’t get a refund as the order is on the way. I said I had cancelled and was abroad so couldn’t refuse delivery (live in a shared complex). Come June, I get ANOTHER charge to my bank account with email saying my order is on the way!!!!!! Even though I asked them to delete my account (I couldn’t do it online myself the link wasn’t working in March). Got my bank on the case but luckily Mdwtr refunded me when showing my previous emails Product tastes ok but expensive for what it is and an absolutely scammy broken ordering process with abysmal customer service
