Worst company with worst customer service
Worst company with worst customer service. I ordered a mattress after looking at they ratings (didnt know that they were fake then) and waited and waited for weeks for the delivery which never happened. Being fed up, i asked them to cancel the order and give a refund. Believe me, they took more than a month after the cancellation request with more than 20 follow-ups to even initiate the refund. The customer care agent was also rude while talking. Never had this much issue with one company. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM FLO MATTRESS...
