OUTSTANDING!!! Couldn't be happier with the service!
I was initially concerned about going with an online estate agent however I couldn't be happier that we did. We saved approximately £3,500 and had a far better service than we have experienced with high street chains. Pros - They answered the phone every time we rang, beyond times that normal estate agents would be accessible. - They gave lots of well justified advice. Will was very helpful! - We got so much interest. We were concerned that high street estate agents know buyers to call and we would miss out, however the process has shown me that being on Rightmove and Zoopla is where most will see the property. - The iPhone app made the process even quicker and easier to check up on. - Price was fantastic! Cons - None.
