Amazing Trip!!
We had the best trip to Ireland thanks to Linda Larkin with Irishtourism.com! There were so many times during our trip when we actually said “Thank you Linda” out loud! She planned such an amazing trip on such short notice and we had such a great time. The car was perfect and pick up and drop off were very easy. The route she gave us let us see so much of Ireland in a short time and the drives were lovely. The hotels were outstanding, particularly in Galway, Killarney, and Kilkenny. It was so nice to start each day with a delicious breakfast and then be centrally located so we could walk around if we didn’t want to drive. We wound up doing a day trip to the Aran Islands as she suggested. We rented bikes and biked around the island. We even got to see seals! We also drove the Ring of Kerry and that was probably a highlight of the trip. It was sunny and warm and the views were breathtaking. I had done a bus tour of the Ring of Kerry in the past but it really doesn’t compare to driving it yourself. We went to Valentia island and the Kerry Cliffs and each view was more beautiful than the next! It was truly a magical vacation.
