Beautiful framed photo & stellar customer service

I ordered framed photos as a gift and the customer service of this company is second to none! One of my frames was chipped during shipping and it took 1 email and a new one was sent that day. No hassles, no argument, just I'm really sorry it was chipped, another one's on it's way. The people working at this company actually take pride in the craftsmanship, customer service and satisfaction of their customers. It's such a a refreshing experience from most of the online service I receive. I will be a repeat customer and would recommend this company to everyone!!
