Worst Human I ever Met in Life - Oath God
I oath God & my mother, the Principal Shaun Broadbent is surely by far the worst human I ever met in my entire life, in every way. He has extremely dangerous, dark side as well as criminal side. He has left me in total nervous breakdown and end of my rope; so I thought I msg everyone as final resort. He uses gift of gab to fool in first impressions and in reality, he is totally out of control in criminal mindset. Summary of the Scam that they do to scam Landlord & Tenants 1. Keep tormenting me needlessly so I move out (so can do this insurance scam and charge advertising/let fee). 2. Do Exit Report before I even moved out or returned keys (I was just 1 day late) 3. Get quotes from kick-backs friend home-suburb in Western Surburbs Area who has zero online presence (other side of town; house in Balaclava) for titanic $40k. 4. Use Fake Exit Report each time and Quote from Werribee friend “Handyman” to scam insurance company, then AGAIN double-dip by going to Vcat for same thing.
