Cheap Wood. Great Customer Service

First, I’d like to say that I ordered 3 canvas prints and those came out beautifully. But in that same order I ordered 3 wood frames with prints. The picture quality came out great and at first glance the frames looked good. Well I had to get a new frame for one of them due to it coming damaged and customer service was amazing and quick with helping me. Now my issue is I have all three of my prints finally hanging side by side and you can tell that the first two are bowing really bad after receiving the new print. I give this 3 stars because customer service was great, but the product itself seems to leave something to be desired. I spent too much money on these for them to not be perfect and it honestly seems more like cheap manufactured wood. My husband hates them and it’s sad because I dreamed of these photos of my kids altogether and I finally have them and they are not perfect.
