Clients stopped trying to add scope at the door
The fixed callout fee displayed to clients before they confirm means they know exactly what's included. I used to spend 10 minutes at every job deflecting requests to 'also fix this while you're here.' Now the scope is pre-agreed and clients respect it. When they do want extras, the in-app request process at least makes it formal.
