Really bad experience trying to get refund from cancelled shore excursions for St Petersburg . Its been 8 months now and still no refund . Ive tried so many times to phone for the phone call to be ended as there too busy . No email address for this is given only a phone number . Very very bad firm . Keep your sanity and travel with someone else .
