I ordered an ebike in early December as a Christmas present for my wife. The confirmation was quick but 3 days later another email stated that the ETA was mid January. I contacted Electric rider to say that as a Christmas present this date was no use to me. To their credit they were very understanding and apologised ,explaining that due to covid , supplies were much slower than normal which is a fair comment. they agreed to a full refund which as stated in their terms, would be up to 21 days but instead they fast tracked the refund and it was back in my account 2 days later. This was excellent customer service and so I would definitely recommend this company
