No response to message
I sent someone a message and they responded the next day, asking for more specific details, i messaged them back opening up about my problems 7 days ago and i have no response at all. I'm really disappointed, schools across the UK are recommending this website to get support but the person i spoke to didnt even message me back. Not to mention the wait times for a live chat are really long. I'm just disappointed.
