I made a claim for cancellation of our…holiday
I made a claim for cancellation of our holiday due to serious illness. This was posted to your office First Class post on 28/7/25 Unfortunately I did not hear anything , so rang again On 8th August , and was told they could not find the paperwork . Rang again on 15th August ,and was told they still had not found our detailed claim, however shortly after I received an email to say it was now found and under review , someone will come back to me within the next 7-10 working days. Unfortunately that did not happen. I rang again on 1st September , only to be told ,it was still being reviewed, but would be chased up because of the long delay. Rang again today 15th September, still no progress whatsoever. This is unbelievable, it is now 50 days since I first made the claim . Every time I ring it takes at least 45mins to speak to someone , and no one seems to care. I have never dealt with such a disgusting company if you make a claim. Yet they advertise as one of the best for dealing with claims. Brian Mogford
