ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING HP PRINTER SUPPORT

In 2023, I penned a critical review of HP that I now wish to amend due to my latest experience. I needed to update my router/gateway from Verizon, only to find out that the printer I mentioned in 2023 wasn't compatible. I reached out to HP and purchased an updated version of that printer, which unfortunately arrived damaged and completely non-functional. I contacted HP and had a pleasant conversation with a gentleman who promptly arranged for a replacement to be sent out. In mid-June of this year, my new printer was functioning perfectly - that is, until mid-July when I encountered some issues. Even though my printer, computer, and phone were all connected to the same excellent Verizon Wi-Fi, I encountered "Connectivity Problem" messages displayed on my printer screen. I have called HP Printer Support, which I believe was based in El Salvador, at least a dozen times without exaggeration. This review aims to express how truly exceptional these representatives were - patient, kind, and consistently went above and beyond. They are absolute experts who went the distance in troubleshooting, examining my issue from every angle, yet ultimately came up short and were completely baffled. One gentleman, Rafael, who dedicated a few hours to this, actually reached out to me the next day to continue our conversation. Ultimately, between HP Support and Asurion Support, both equally superb, it was determined that there was some internal defect. Without any fuss or hesitation, the charming young man I spoke with yesterday morning, is dispatching another printer, which I will receive today. This will be my third model, but three's a charm, so I believe this new one will last for a very long time. I want to extend my congratulations to HP for having such an outstanding support team, and I hope they recognize the great fortune of having them on board. Their professionalism helped to soothe my nerves, transforming a frustrating experience into an amazing and lovely result. I can't speak for others, but I commend and applaud these people for a job brilliantly executed.
