So easy to leave
I've been a Viking for 13 years and I've been wanting to leave for the last 4 years ever since the Deals ceased EVER working (not that they ever worked for big purchases like Booking etc.) while pumping my data all the same. I buy books monthly yet have received 6 points from ONE claim I placed (out of many claims) from ONE order from the fnac viking "deal" in the last year...all the while sharing my data, turning on my cookies, off my vpn, etc. I wrote emails about this, always the same useless replies. Companies don't care about "old"/loyal customers anymore, yet the cost of acquisition is enormous, isn't it? Makes no sense. Put more money in branding and in advertising, but don't try to solve any problems for your existing customers! Then, have a big meeting wonder why everyone is leaving, pay some more people to figure it out The connexion is rarely good, same for my Viking friends and colleagues. You were so good in the beginning but stopped being competitive and when you doubled the data last month, I KNEW something was up before I ever heard about any new interesting offers. For the sake of convenience and loyalty I tend to stay where I am put (13 years!!!) but with the Deals no longer working and anything out of bundle being RIDICULOUSLY expensive, I am so glad I just changed my provider and can imagine many will do the same. Even if you had offered the same offers as your competitors now, I would leave all the same.
