Minal Patel, our solicitor, was fantastic in the sale and purchase of property. She was very attentive, informative and patient with me and any challenges we faced. I felt listened to and understood. The new portal/website/software was much better than a hundred chains of emails. Unfortunately the document management aspect was adequate. Documents are repetitively named and hard to search through.
