Overall good quality and value for the price
Value for money makes it worth using their services, if you are in no rush to get the parts. The shipping costs are a bit high, but it’s a game of averages and well understood that sometimes you win (when ordering heavy and bulky items) and others it seems too expensive (when ordering a couple of filters and some plastic bits). The main issue I find is the time to get a shipment ready, and this is why I can’t give 5 stars. It often takes 2+ days to complete picking, then transfer between warehouses another day or two. Once the transport picks up the orders, things get on track, but don’t expect orders to take less than a week to be delivered. At least that’s not my experience so far. There are a few things to improve in the experience, like the link between app and website experience or the cars disappearing from the garage, and other minor things. I didn’t change any score for this, and if the shipping was faster, I would elevate to a 5-star review.
