DONT TRUST THEM

I've opened a ticket almost 2 month ago to change the email address linked to my account for safety mesure. I've provided all the informations they requested twice. Since then no one solved my issue.. They keep saying that relevant team is working on it but it seem quite long just for an email change (ticket #6191378) I've been patient enough I will write review everyday if its whats it takes.
