Terrible communication following return of faulty product
Bought a refurbished laptop for my sons Xmas present. Great spec and price. Reasonable delivery. Arrived in working order, no visible damage. The laptop lasted one charge, went to recharge and would only load to bios screen. Shortly after, wouldn’t load to that. Spent almost 1 hour on chat requesting a return. Operator repeatedly claimed they were going to send an email of a returns label. After being kept waiting almost an hour one was provided in chat. Sent back next day, DPD tracked. Took them 2 weeks to refund (massive relief). I can accept the risk of refurbished goods however zero communication, no email to confirm received, no email to note was being inspected, no email to confirm refund being processed. Only found out as thankfully used PayPal. Good prices, good delivery, terrible communication.
