Purchased travel insurance and denied reimbursement.
I purchase a flight for a upcoming court date. The court date was moved and I had to cancel I ended up having to purchase 2 one way tickets. When I canceled I received my reimbursement for one of them the other they gave me travel credit. I wanted to be reimbursed I bought their travel insurance. They sent me to AIG and had to file a very lengthy form. Ended up getting denied because I was a plaintiff in the case and not a witness.
