Sold damaged vehicle, Awaiting refund.
I bought a vehicle from Hussein over the phone a used Toyota ago x with 17000 miles on the clock one owner. I was told it was in perfect condition except for minor marks. I got sent a very quick video off the vehicle which seemed OK. On delivery I saw the vehicle for the first time and was terribly shocked, it had mopping swirl marks on the passenger side doors and over spay on both doors and filled with filler it was obviously a damaged repaired vehicle.The nearside headlight had green algie all over it has its been standing for a while. I refused the vehicle and had it returned to Carplanet Watford. This is the worst car purchase I have ever had from a so called reputable car dealer. I'm still waiting for a refund, and apparently I have to wait for the logbook to come back to me via the dvla and return it in full before a refund can be paid. I've taken a video and photographic proof off all the cars damage ( Shocking). The Customer service is shocking. Who ever reads this review please be very careful and if possible seek a more compliant and responsible used car dealer. This is a warning to any potential purchaser 😣
