I guess the security is fine
I guess the security is fine. Daily use is good. But the subscription handling is hopeless. I received an email (on a email account I no longer have associated with Bitdefender) from a third party. In the mail it is stated that my payment details is outdated and my subscription is expired. I need to follow a link in the mail to update payment details. After communicating with support (which were good experience) I found that my subscription is NOT expired. Actually I don't even have a renewal deal. 1. A security company uses a (for me) unknown third party to send out payment details! 2. A security company want me to follow a link from an email! 3. A security company uses an expired email address. 4. Bitdefender do not have control of thier subscriptions I now wonder. Do they know anything about security?
