My 5 stars are for Germano, not the wider Martyn Gerard business. Germano has been a great property manager and has worked hard to sort out a real mess that the tenants left. He has been professional and friendly throughout my work with him and provides a service far better than the wider Martyn Gerard business. I felt appreciated as a customer by Germano and he worked hard to resolve issues for me, you're in good hands if he is your property manager.
