Tried once… never again
Went to book a hotel, figured… “why not use booking” because I’ve never used it. I read no reviews, booked a hotel and they just cancelled it for no reason. Stating “payment declined” but when I talked to c-service, it wasn’t even my card that got declined… it was THEIR OWN virtual card. With their refund policy and horrible AI… I’m never coming back.
