Delivery ripoff

4.99 for standard delivery? Free delivery on certain items apparently no longer a thing? Yeh, good luck with that... Been using Ebuyer for a decade, not anymore.

Avoid!

Don't bother - our claim is being handled by 'CSA Ltd' who are appalling. The claims platform isn't great and doesn't show you a list of documents you've already uploaded. It doesn't even tell you where the claim is up to. Aside from the initial confirmation I've heard nothing. Tried to ring and couldn't get through. Tried to email and received nothing back. This will probably end up being escalated to the Ombudsman as judging from the other reviews, 'CSA Ltd' are pretty much incompetent. I won't be taking out another policy through Just Travel Cover and I plead others reading this look elsewhere.
