Do your due diligence before joining the exchange and depositing assets.
My USDT over a $1000 dollar got stuck in exchange, can't withdraw it. Customer support is absolutely helpless, just feeding with patience and endless excuse at the same time simply continuing further with scam activities such as in my case it was blocking Sms verification code and the issue has been reported multiple times from multiple users before. After reviewing feedbacks here and there I guess exchange can scam others using different way varies user to user. I've joined Weex watching youtubers who advertises the exchange, luring with bonuses- after depositing it's not possible to withdraw it. Do your due diligence before joining the exchange and the most important is depositing assets.
