Absolutely terrible - don’t waste your time
Absolutely terrible. My car has been sat for 3 weeks and I one has turned up to collect. Twice they have given me a date and time and no one has arrived. Tonight, despite me calling them earlier and them confirming someone would be with me between 5-7pm, no one has arrived! Don’t waste your time. Scam of a company! the collection is booked under my partner Mark’s name. Black Honda civic. Reference 89324414 Further edit - I am not happy with the service received although the car has now been collected. This took over 3 weeks and multiple attempts with us having to stay home for people not to turn up. It is a poor service and the fact that you are trying to have my review removed despite the fact you have confirmed it was a genuine experience and I have provided the reference number etc is a complete joke. It beggars belief and it’s clear that your positive reviews are allowed to stay but you will do anything to have negative ones removed to keep your score good. Please avoid this company!!
