DISHONEST BUSINESS
Very DISHONEST BUSINESS! DON’T EVER RENT A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY. Before getting the car, they try to charge you €250 for insurance, saying the insurance the car has doesn’t cover anything, even small scratches. So, when returning the car, guess what? The supervisor of the store at Heraklion airport (Yorgos) “found” loads of “damages” on the car and charged €991 for the said damages. We tried to argue and he simply closed the contract, denied to give us proof that we did not agree with his evaluation. There are no damages as the photos attached can show. It was a sour end to a brilliant trip to Crete. Rent your car in a company with good reputation, even if they charge 3x the amount. At least we saved a couple that was there and they gave up renting a car at Centauro when they saw what they were doing to us. It’s not worth the headache. We are of course going to dispute this absurd.
