The 24 hour customer service was a godsend when we needed it.
We decided to use Irish Tourism for our family trip because they have a good reputation and a 24 hour customer service number to call if you have any problems. As it turned out we did have a problem with our rental car. Instead of calling the car company I called Irish Tourism and they had the problem fixed for us quickly. Not only that but they arranged for us to have a private driver for the day that we were without our vehicle. Maria Lieb at Irish Tourism planned our itinerary and booked all of our hotels which were beautiful. We had a wonderful trip and I credit Irish Tourism for going above and beyond to help us when we needed it.
