Defects and unreliable

my goodness. I cannot put into words the pain this company caused me. But to put it frankly this company has a habit of renting out defective and outright dangerous bikes while aggressively attempting to collect payments. As a delivery person whose only source of income is delivery, which is quite handsome I might add, I have no real issue with payment UNLESS of course I am unable to work on the busiest times, the weekend when bike failure is inevitable with this company. Break failure out of nowhere, almost hit a small pedestrian. wow. Tire pressure through the roof on the front pillar, weak pressure on the rear pillar. Flats in the middle of my shift, which causes fatal structural issues, rendering the bike USELESS. A few out of many issues. Sure you can book a repair, but hey wait until monday when the market dries up. Made ZERO dollars in one of the lucrative weekends in the year, tough luck, bill is still due. Bring the bike into repair and they wont lone one back because of non-payment. Literally a page out of Kafkas playbook. Crazy because, the crap bike WAS a loner because my other is in the shop. My first 2 weeks with zoomo was taken up by, guess what, my bike being in the shop. MY FIRST TWO weeks with zoomo started off with a defective product. First week back out the shop, bike failure. Back to shop it goes. Second week same thing.
