Friendly helpful nutritional advice
Anne is really friendly and knowledgeable. Her curiosity about good nutrition and its value is evident. Her help has increased how healthy I feel generally. Specifically she supported me to get through a long hay fever season on half a dozen anti-histamines rather than the usual one a day + nasal spray + eye drops. What I really value is that her approach is to encourage you to try and make changes.
