Like the idea. Creams not good for me. Serum ok.
This is a product review, not a customer service review. Hair serum: good. I used one kit to help regrow hair after extensions pulled out mine. There was some regrowth. However, it was short lived. No regrowth in one patch at front hairline. Maybe if I continued on for 2-3 more cycles? Serum: used one ampule after Morpheus8. I developed insane acne (I have never had acne) for about 10 days. After that, I received comments about how pretty my skin is. Multi action cream; I used one 20g jar after Morpheus and serum. All seemed well. I had to stay indoors most of that time healing from Morpheus so I wasn’t in the sun. But how much was product and how much was Morpheus? I was willing to give enough credit to Calecim to order more serum that winter (still have not used it) and 1.5 years later I just started multi action cream again, as well as the eye cream. Why 2 stars? Use with caution. As far as I can tell from the website, both creams contain citric and or lactic acids. That explains the instant skin brightening. It’s not the PTT6. Both of those acids cause photo sensitivity, and citric acids drive hyperpigmentation (brown sun spots). any responsible dermatologist will tell you that. Because Calecim is a face cream claiming that it can combat hyperpigmentation and truly heals the skin with growth factors, Calecim has a special obligation to make clear the inclusion of these ingredients and the potential for issues layering them, and especially applying them during the day, every day. They are not listed as actives and I had to dig a little to find them in the list. Lactic acid absolutely should be listed as an active. My face turned bright red and felt sunburned all day. I have an acid burn at the corner of my right eye and one on each side of my nose bridge where it meets the eye sockets after one day of using the eye cream and multi action cream together. The tissue surrounding my eyes, including the “water line” were blood angry red the whole day. Had I known there were acids in these products I would not have purchased them. I would have stuck to the serum. I also would not have applied them the afternoon after I had sampled a bakuchiol eye cream. (I showered in between applications) I suspect the Exosomes are effective. But the formulation is not right for me, and it’s too difficult to tell if the bright and tight results are driven by the acids or the Exosomes. I’m going to continue with the serum I have and see how that works. I have hope because it’s just plain serum. READ the ingredients carefully. Not just the actives section. You have to click on a different section to see ALL.
