Removal of warranty and refusing to honour service contract
In breach of Good Energy’s own complaints policy, they have refused to fully investigate their own sub-standard surveying, install, servicing and customer service standards. At every level of the customer journey, we have had to accommodate mistakes, broken promises, broken contract terms and over charging for services. They are now refusing to warranty and service our system, referring us to deal with their supplier directly. Shambles.
