Didn't adjust my strap
No strap adjustment. Delivery was quick and packaging was good but they claimed to offer free strap adjustment. I submitted my wrist size and when my watch arrived, none of the links had been taken off. I had to buy a link adjustment set just to be able to wear the watch.
