I’m having an absolute nightmare trying to receive the item I ordered on December 6th. It's now the 21st, and it still hasn’t even been dispatched from the warehouse—absolutely ridiculous. To make matters worse, I was charged an "insurance" fee that’s supposed to protect me, but it offers no protection whatsoever. I’ve been writing to Fashion Mae, but all I get are generic, unhelpful responses thanking me for reaching out. That’s not what I need—I just want my coat before summer arrives!
