I had an issues with the delivery…
I had an issues with the delivery service. My box was punctured from the bottom and put a huge hole through one of my family pictures and crinkled the other one. They ended up replacing both prints. Frames were fine. Smallwood responded very quickly and asked for pictures of the damages and after they got the information they needed, they sent out my new prints (3 emails between us). But, the reason I highly recommend them is cause they didn’t have to replace the 2nd print. Unless you get up close you couldn’t see the crack that was caused by the puncture. But they wanted me (as their customer)to be happy with my purchase. Thank you!
