One star is actually too much
One star is actually too much. The worst service we ever received. Not enough they cancelled our reservation without a reason leaving us without a car in Aruba, they did not want to provide a refund, their customer service is atrocious with staff saying they will not resolve the query unless we call US number, their UK number doesn’t work and they never respond to messages on time - be careful when you deal with them - stay away as they only take your money!
