Very clever software, they don't tend to break it which is crucial, uptime is excellent. It does the basics right and gives you transparent accounting with plenty of control, so you can do things the way you want to. When I did find an actual accounting bug a few years ago, they were quickly on it, discussed with me and got it fixed promptly.

As per other reviews, I booked £100 taxi for my elderly parents from Gatwick, found out that they don't park close in the official taxi ranks, so asked for refund within the hour. They kept 10% of my payment by only refunding 90%. It was soon enough for them to void the payment at no cost to themselves. Avoid this unpleasant company. I told them I would give this bad review but they don't seem to care.
