House didn't sell but can't fault the customer service
My house didn't sell during the time on the market with sellmyhome and I had a couple of issues with the extras I purchased. However, once aired they were dealt with very quickly and effectively by Will the managing director, i really can't fault his customer service and his personal attention. With any future house sale, I will go for a pay later option. I paid for an agent to show people round which I wouldn't recommend and was one of the issues Will dealt with. I had some great customer service from Laura/Anna/Will during the time my house was on the market with them.
